Ulysses Owens, Jr. Producer, Drummer: Speaks about Diane Hoffman  (CD “Do I Love You” Released Oct. 19, 2018)

Many people may not realize but Diane Hoffman gave me my first opportunity to record in a studio. She called me out of the blue with that excited voice of hers and said, “I heard you’re a great drummer….I’m making a record and you gotta be on it.” That was back in 2008 for her second CD “My Little French Dancer.” 

 

One of the things I’ve always loved about Diane is she can really swing. She can just natural bone swing and her voice is so beautiful. I’m excited to be part of this project!
